The goal of hiring a consultant is to get expert level advice before diving into a costly capital investment, as well as to get a fresh set of eyes to see the big picture and industry landscape from outside the organization. DESIGN + BUILD
Partnering with the Creative and Business leaders within the brand, HYLAND will design, document, and project manage new or renovated free-standing store projects. the Design + Build process requires immersing oneself into the setting, studying its existing architecture, potential opportunities, and available schedule and cost resources to design and construct a new store to it’s maximum potential. The analysis, coupled with the client’s design & business goals and objectives, drives the creative process. This process yields its best results when HYLAND is on-site throughout the project, leading and overseeing the entire endeavor.
OWNER’S REPRESENTATION & MANAGEMENT
Representing the Client’s interests throughout all project phases—from concept, planning and design to construction, completion and closeout. Operating as an extension of the Client’s organization, HYLAND acts as its advocate, representing it’s interests with the sole purpose of executing its goals and objectives, with a specialty focus on how to execute one-of-a kind bespoke luxury projects. HYLAND delivers management with a high level of attention to detail, while driving accountability among team members and ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget.
